01 — Core scope
Rebar Installation
Placing and tying reinforcing steel to print — footings, grade beams, slabs on grade, walls, columns, pier caps and mat foundations.
- Placed to drawingBar size, spacing, laps and cover set from the structural drawings and the bar list — not from memory.
- Supported properlyChairs, bolsters and slab bolsters sized so the mat holds its elevation under boots and buggies.
- Tied to holdIntersections tied at the frequency the spec calls for, so nothing walks during the pour.
- Ready for inspectionWe walk it with the inspector and fix what's called before the truck shows up.
02 — Core scope
Tie-In
Joining new steel to what's already in the ground. Dowels, laps, splices and cold joints — the connections that decide whether two pours behave like one structure.
- Lap lengths heldWe hold the lap schedule. Short laps are the cheapest problem to cause and the most expensive to fix.
- Dowel layoutDowels set to template and secured so they're still where the print put them when the forms come off.
- Existing conditionsField-verified before we start. If what's in the ground doesn't match the drawing, you hear it from us that day.
- Clean jointsSteel kept clear of the joint line so the next pour bonds the way the engineer drew it.
03 — Core scope
Tilt-Up
Panel reinforcing on the casting slab, built to the erection drawings and ready for the crane on the day the schedule says.
- Panel mats & trimField mat, trim bar around openings, and corner reinforcement placed per the panel drawings.
- Lift & brace insertsInserts set to the engineered layout and tied off so nothing shifts under the finishers.
- Embeds & weld platesLocated, secured and checked against the panel elevation before the pour.
- Crane-day readyPanels sequenced to match the erection order so the crane never waits on steel.
04 — Core scope
Elevated Decks
Top steel, bottom steel and everything between — on composite metal deck and formed slabs, worked safely at height.
- Two-way matsBottom and top mats placed and supported so the top steel stays top steel after the pour crew walks it.
- Column & shear zonesAdditional bars, studs and shear reinforcement at columns and drops, placed to the framing plan.
- Tied off, all day100% tie-off at height. Leading edges flagged, holes covered, deck kept clear.
- Pour-rate readyDeck loaded and staged so the mat gets tied ahead of the concrete, not behind it.
