Project Debrief: Panel Reinforcement

At this project, our team was brought on to handle the critical reinforcement scope for multiple large structural panels. These formed the backbone of the building’s vertical envelope and were tied to both the project’s timeline and integrity.

Scope of Work:

• Wall Panel Reinforcement
  We successfully installed reinforcement for a full series of vertical concrete panels, including both tilt-up and cast-in-place configurations. This involved layout, bar tying, and full integration with embedded steel components and lifting hardware.

• Coordination with Lifting & Form Crews
  Our work included precise placement for embedded plates, embeds, and lifting inserts to align with crane logistics and pour sequencing. All cages were tied tight, aligned per engineered shop drawings, and QA/QC-checked prior to placement.

• Schedule Execution
  Panel steel was completed in phases under a fast-paced schedule. Despite varying site conditions and design adjustments, we maintained clear communication with the GC and forming contractor to ensure a smooth and safe workflow.

• Safety & Clean Workmanship
  Every panel was completed under strict safety protocols, including fall protection, tool control, and safe lifting practices. Our finished work reflected both structural reliability and clean field execution.
