Project Debrief: Structural Reinforcement & Elevated Decks

At Ramirez Rod Buster, we were trusted to perform a series of complex rebar installations for a high-profile structural project. Due to the confidential nature of the work, we cannot disclose the client or end-use of the facility—but the scope and precision required reflect the confidence our partners place in our team's skill, discipline, and reliability.

🔩 Scope of Work Included:

• Elevated Slab Reinforcement
  Our team completed the installation of large-scale mat reinforcement for multi-level concrete decks, including tight-tolerance bar spacing, chairing, and inspection preparation. Coordination with steel decking and MEP trades was critical to staying ahead of schedule.

• Preassembled Reinforcement Cages
  We fabricated and set dense column and footing cages on-site for high-load bearing areas. Each assembly was built to spec, tied, and marked for precise layout and anchoring ahead of vertical concrete pours.

• Below-Grade Foundation Tying
  Crews installed complex footing steel under tight trench conditions, coordinating with formwork, anchor bolt templates, and elevation checks. Safety was a top priority throughout excavation and placement.

• Field Leadership and Coordination
  Our foremen oversaw multi-crew operations, verifying shop drawings, managing material deliveries, and communicating with site superintendents to keep the pour sequence moving efficiently.
